Costco Ringwood have a box of 3 x 500g Arnott's Assorted Cream biscuits going out at $4.97 making them $1.66 per 500g pack. The catch is the used by date is 10th April 2014. They had about 1/3 of a pallet left at about 6pm yesterday.

As a benchmark Costco's normal price is $12.99 for the 3 x 500g box ($4.33 per pack), Coles shows them as $5.30 for one 500g pack and Woolworths has them at $4.00 for the the 500g packs on special.

      I was gonna say that's a lot of biscuits in a short time, but I'll avoid it since the facts get negged around here it seems.

      • It's a best before, not a use by (biscuits should be ok for at least a few weeks after, ymmv)
      • I'm not sure why it's often assumed that bulk purchases are only going to be consumed by one person.
