Are you using the Paypal Express checkout option? This can sometimes happen with Paypal and some states. If you go through our checkout there is an option to use Paypal which should work as we'll send Paypal the address.
Try the phone line again soon. Sometimes if call volume is high we can experience difficulties with the line.

I'll be honest, I was expecting a more proactive response from you guys. Maybe fix the site and the phones, rather than hope your (potential) customers come back & try again?
…and I have to ask, how many states and territories in Australia can't you ship to due to bugs in your site's code? Do you log these errors? Do you contact those customers afterwards and try and complete the sale? If so, how many have pricematched and bought elsewhere when you do contact them?
You make it sound like it's an ongoing problem, and now I'm really interested in what the impact is and how you measure and mitigate it.

I've sent you a message, but you should be checking your webserver/Paypal logs for errors. You'll have my full address, email address etc. in there from Paypal, as well as any other customers who've been unable to order. Most will move on to another vendor rather than contact you; you might want to consider reaching out to them.

May I ask when your 'normal' price was ever the one listed ($399)? Don't get me wrong - I think this looks a good buy at $139, but isn't your regular price around $190?
