Yep was looking at their website earlier tonight and everything I clicked on (monitors, tablets, laptops) that had the 'massive clearance' logo on it was actually more expensive than most other stores.
Surely this has to be a case for the ACCC to investigate?
Harvey Norman's Best Price Guarantee (http://www.harveynorman.com.au/customer-service/best-price-g…), is a TL;DR page of legalese and exclusion clauses that should enable them to dodge most price-matching claims by pesky customers.

HP Omni 10 Tablet $394
$5 off RRP, this is not a massive clearance.
….and you can't get it anyway as they have none, and have never had stock. Website says "Available Early March 2014!". I contacted them via webchat 2 days ago and they don't have stock and don't know when they will. How can it be "clearance" if it's a new product that they don't even have. Dodgy!
Even if the item is a bargain, you probably won't get it, as their system is not aware of how much stock, if any, is left when you order. I ordered two monitors last night, only to be rung just then telling me there was no stock and I would get a refund … eventually.
