Amex credit card - purchase Qantas product

i receive my new credit card from Amex this entitles me to receive a complimentary Qantas Club lounge access if I purchased any qantas related product. i would like to know the cheapest way for me to purchase any qantas item with out buying any flight tickets.

i hope someone can answer this.
