Hi community,

Ozbargain has been helping me save/spend money for the past 3 years and so I hope I can contribute something back. I thought this deal was quite good, so finally signed up to be a member.

I have included a list of movies in this deal. Using Amazon conversion, its AUD$234.24 delivered. Its US$203.58 delivered and probably cheaper using 28 degrees. Hope you enjoy! I know you can torrent them, but… :)

Edit: Please note this is region A/1, Australia is in region B/2, so you need to have a region free BR player.

  • The Amazon listing says:

    Region: Region A/1

So they won't play on region-locked Australian blu-ray players?

Edit: And yet blu-ray.com says it's region free. Not sure who's right.

    • +1

Oh! I didn't notice that, I will amend my description. I've got a region free player, so it didn't cross my mind to check. Apologies. Better to be safe than sorry.

      • I amended my comment above:

blu-ray.com says it's region free. Not sure who's right.

So it could be region free….?

        • Hmmm… not sure now… maybe someone else might have a concrete answer?

        • I typed several titles into blu-ray.com and they all came up as either untested or region free.

        • someone else might have a concrete answer?

don't add too much water when mixing.

        • Your joke makes me slump.

    • Amazon always say that. Bluray.com is the best source.

    Hangover, The (2009)

    No.

    • Yes.

$4.60 per movie + You probably won't want ALL of them = Not so great deal

  • It seems fairly widely accepted that WB movies are region free…. but I can't find an 'official' confirmation

  • +2

Warner Bros blu-rays are always region free. Nothing to worry about every single movie in this pack is region free.

    • Thanks for the clarification. I will amend my description again.

  • As mentioned above Warner Bros movies are usually region free… they were one of the proponents of HD DVD back in the day, which was a region free format as well.

You can also check this list for some of the title, but if you sort by Warner, you'll see all their titles are region free:

  • What's the anniversary of?
(I read through the description and even Warner Bros' wikipedia page and can't figure it out)

    • The 90th Anniversary since Warner Bros came into existence.

      • If I wait 10 years hopefully they'll be clearing stock real cheap when the next anniversary set comes out ;)

  • Lethal Weapon alone is worth $200.

    • $200 for one movie?

      • Have you seen it?
