If you have downloaded the 'Apple Store' app on iOS, then you can now get the Tetris app for free.

I have played it once so far. The OneTouch feature is interesting.

go to 'Apple Store' app on iOS, scroll down and click “A throwback for you. On us.”

  Just so people know, this is the iPhone version. There is an iPad version, but that doesn't seem to be part of the deal.

    In the "App Store" you need to search for "Apple Store" which is a separate app to the "App Store".
    Once you've downloaded the "Apple Store", then you open it and follow the instructions from OZGE above.

  Damn I screwed it up, so I redeemed it, etc etc, and it prompted password etc, then switched to this screen that had all these EA apps, and it's a black screen, thought something was odd, so I tried to redeem again, but code is already used and I can't download it still, gah wtf.
