      I got given one of these for christmas.
      It's pretty good for what it is. goes fairly loud before distorting too badly.(Plenty loud enough for the shower)
      It's got decent bass and Mids. (Probably the mids are stronger than I would like, making certain music slightly muddy… But this is being fairly picky for a $20 unit)

      Speakerphone works quite well, and is clear enough to have a plutonic conversation in the shower :)

      For the price it's a great option over spending well more than twice that to get something that is only a little better in terms of sound quality.

      I've had a Uniden BTW150 (rrp$99) for a few years. (Got it for $15 during a COTD Sale) it's awesome and sound quality is quite a bit better - But for $99 you would EXPECT that!(Though the Uniden doesn't go as loud)

      Sound quality is not that great, loudness is sufficient.
      Basically my wife was playing music through youtube on her iphone while she showered and would hop out mid-shower to press the replay button and water would go all over the floor.
      So this was the solution to that problem and exceptional sound quality wasn't that high on the list.
