So how much exactly are we saving?

$2.70 that's how much the lollies cost me.
Me be more expensive in other stores thou, eg if you bought it as a corner store it would prob cost $4.00.

      • So for example if you buy the pack $4 you claim back $4?

  • Nice way to try these reduced sugar sweets. Probably won't bother, but it's a bargain nonetheless!

  • Too much effort for $3 or so. They should learn from Latina and do things electronically.

  • I'll no doubt by a few of these and just fill out a few addresses, friends, relatives etc. Yes, I'm stingy

  • Well spotted!

  • i wonder what's the purpose of a company doing this?
i don't have a business or anything, but is it so they can 'increase' sales for the EOFY, then somehow claim it back through tax or something?

    it's an alright deal though…

Most people dont actually claim for the cashback - even though they intend to at the time of purchase

so they dont actually loose that much money

plus they get your marketing information - there is of course restrictions on what they can do with it - still they do get it :)

  • waste of time for a couple of bucks i reckon

  • i agree with granted. a waste of time for a few bucks.

Initially read the T&C and thought "one claim per household" meant you can buy a number of bags and put them all one one claim.
Well i bought 4 bags and put them on one claim form but when i received the cashback today, they only reimbursed money for 1 x bag + postage. Bummer.

A little deceiving i reckon. Wouldnt recommend it unless you have time to do all the work to get back less than $3.
they might as well just discount it at POS.
    my opinion - dont bother.
