    I assume because Googleing photos might not guarantee that you have permission to reuse the photo.

    You can't use photos you Google for commercial purposes without permission of the owner of the image who are protected by copyright laws. Generally anyone uses images for commercial purposes will use a service like what depositphotos are offering

      which you can now easily do in google images by selecting 'Search Tools' and then under 'Usage Rights' selecting an appropriate usage
