  FYI - Requires a registered Kindle device on your Amazon account, which I didn't have but a quick download of Kindle for PC sorted that out. Not having used Kindle before, if I download and install Kindle onto my Android tablet will this book also appear there or do you have to download again for each different device?

  Anyone able to get it? UK tells me it's only for UK residents, and the AU one wants me to convert my account… Do I want to do this?

  Scratch that, sorted out by Ozzy above… although I may have been able to avoid it by downloading to computer… Thanks Ozzy :D
