  • Is the 1TB HDD a special one for NAS or just an ordinary one?

  • +2

I reckon this is mis-categorised; it should be under computers, IMO

    • Done.
      thanks…

just gets confused with the name Computing… like calculating…
      buts its really computers…

  • D-Link is never a deal.

  • MSY has Dlink two bay NAS enclosure without disks for $99 less $20 manufacturer cash back. You can insert a 2tb NAS disk in.

Anyone has any idea if the Dlink NAS enclosure is good?

    • I've been running one with 2 x WD Red drives for around a year. Good features including email notifications etc. I would assume it's not best for I/O speeds, but good enough for me for photos/movies etc.

EDIT mine is the DNS-320 in black

  • Can this stream 1080P via Ethernet? Say full blu ray rips in 1080P?
