Pretty cheap for a 64GB.
Yeah it's 2.0 but @ 50c per gb that's not bad
I got this in my email just before

Slow but can take it for the portability.
Darn, I got a 64gb Cruzer Edge from JB Hi-Fi for $39.80 instead of the $49.xx price all the other USB keys had on their packaging. What is the difference with all these keys though? The key for me is whether or not it is a USB 2 vs USB 3 (the one I got was USB 2 BTW).
Is this Slice model old stock/design now?

Daniel
Difference between this and the $25 one from ALDI?

Noob questions. Will this work for a settop box to record tv shows or movies? How much playing time can I fit in it?
I'd personally go for a hard drive based option, and powered if you can get it. It will help with access times and smooth out any streaming/recording issues.
I see, thanks for the reply. But if I'm not that fussed about quality issues, would the flash drive work? I'm not too keen to buy a more expensive portable hard drive for a cheapie set top box I got for $49
If it's 4mb/sec, zero chance.
You need a fast drive. I'd guess 20mb/sec sequential write minimum. Most flash drives don't do that.
I see. Thanks
I love the price for size….
Closest review I could find, this is for the:
sandisk cruzer slice sdcz37-064g-b35 not bq35
Says 4.0MB/sec write.
