  Correct me if I'm wrong but from the many websites I have looked at, it looks like they're only 18/0 stainless steel and not 18/10?

    Yeah thats correct. I did some research into it a while ago. The difference pretty much is after a while with the 18/0, they will rust when placed in the dishwasher. 18/10 means there is less nickel in it essentially and wont rust

      I thought the 18/0 was a typo.

      and that it should be 18/10

        Hmm.. you may be right… it is 18/0… I will update the description.
