I have a 32GB and I have to keep deleting stuff as there's a 100 icon limit, so in my case - and that of many others who have a lot of smaller, indie games - the 64GB is a waste until Sony change this ridiculous limitation.
I'd agree if you have alot of small PSP/indie games. The 100 icon limit is bizarre. Still if buying i'd get 64gb for future proof
I have a 64gb full of games. Haven't hit the 100 icon ceiling as I don't install the crap mini games.

Anyway, I have no MINIs on my Vita, nor mobile games, PS1 games or suchlike. I have a lot of smaller Vita-specific PSN games though, and have to shuffle them off and on due to the stupid limit.
Sure I don't need to have them all there, but I want them there. ;)
The 100 icon limit becomes even more ridiculous when you look at how many junk things Sony glue there that you may never use, but cannot remove.
I removed Skype, Facebook and all the other crap I have no need for on a game system. I also delete games I have finished with.
100 icons even if you arrange them into folders? I guess I am asking whether the vita has a page limit of icons (10 icons per page, 5 pages) or whether it only allows 100 things to be installed. I don't think I have had anywhere near 100 things installed so I can't say either way.
Looking at the Vita screen it seems like it is a 5 page limit. But you could put folders on those pages and fill them with things.

In store? As online has only 8gb and 4gb at full price. Which store if so?

I think largest is Killzone which is around 3.5GB. It's a fully fledged shooter game

Stores closest to me don't have much card stock anyway - one store had nothing, the other I spoke with (didn't go in) had a 4GB (I didn't even ask if it was on sale as no point in the 4GB).
It is a good deal OP for what they are. Alot of people still only install what they need and use instead of everything they have.
