    Kogan is a bad company to deal with if you ever have warranty issues. My phone died after 4 months and contacted them immediately. After a month of waiting for customer services to organise a return pick up, got fed up after nothing happened with repeated calls. Lodged a written complaint with consumer protection VIC, then they started to call me but they still haven't got anyone to fix it! Bottom line is: Spend the extra dollars b'cos they just don't care. These are mostly grey imports so be very careful before you decide to buy.

      I purchased an iphone 5 one year ago, the screen was faulty after 6 months, they replaced it with no hassle.
