$0.05 cheaper here. Also $99 at The Good Guys. If you're quick, you can pick one up at Officeworks for $94.05 with pricematch.

EDIT: Incredible. Officeworks dropped their price to $99 just 15 minutes ago! They must have someone on Ozbargain watch 24/7!

  • Also available at Dick Smiths for $99

This was posted a couple of weeks ago.

It's a permanent price drop and $99 is the normal price now…

  • Connect up to 5 WI-FI enabled devices simultaneously

This bit I don't like. I was lucky apparently the early units of their 4G Wi-Fi devices last year (remember that great DSE deal?) allowed up to 10 devices.

  • does anybody know if this the $99 unit goes into sleep mode after some time of inactivity?

    • hi, you can set this to go to sleep after inactivity if you want

  • Can this be unlocked, where and how much?
    Thanks.

This thing is the biggest piece of shit I've ever had the displeasure of putting up with. Just get one of the 3g ones. At least your devices will connect to it.

    • that might explain the price drop…

My PC and mobiles connect ok…

(you may have a dud -take it back to the shop and show them :)

    • I have the above unit and connection is not a problem. Agree with snappy1234 that you may have a dud unit there. The warranty will take care of it.
