I also had a problem, my order didn't arrive, so I emailed them.
Their reply was that they ran out of many of the styles but asked me
to reorder from their site( a much reduced range) and pick a 1st,2nd & 3rd choice.
They then confirmed I would receive the one model I chose. Hopefully this will arrive shortly.
Alternatively they would refund my money.
My suggestion is to email them, this should sort out your problem!already being discussed in the referenced link
