    And $25 with member card

    So $17 is good.

  This is confusing as hell.
  The list of services and “value” do not match their website offerings.
  You have combined two different services, is this intentional?

  Only one site is listed, are the other 3 locations excluded?

    The business owner only wanted this promotion for his Georges Hall location and the business is actually a franchise so different owners across Sydney, although same business name :)

    The deal from LivingSocial also entitles you $15 voucher towards your next Super Wash or mini detail, therefore the total value of the campaign adds up to $50

    Since the voucher isn't guaranteed used by customers such as yourself we do 50% off the service's price, therefore $17 for the service which normally costs $35 for one wash

      Also whilst this campaign has been marketed to Sydney Siders of Greater West region (since this is where the business is located), nowhere in our fine print does it state it is restricted to Sydney Subscribers only

      Superwash - $35

      Correct, however your description lists three services that are NOT part of the Superwash, they are part of the "POLISH & DETAIL" service for $95.

      Bug and tar removal
      Rubber and plastic rejuvenation
      Professional hand polish for a super shine

      This is misleading, as these services are not part of the actual service on offer.

      As to the other points, they were more to the OP, making sure they were clear on the details about location and date that you had on your website.

        Ah you are correct, these services are not normally provided in the Superwash alone and are extra services this business is providing for the purpose of this campaign only

        for that reason the pricing of the polish services are not included in the value nor is it itemized on the website

        LivingSocial will provide amazing value for introductory offers provided to the public and this is actually valued more than the listed $50/visit :)

  I had the car washed today but it was the worst service I ever had. Polish was not done correctly and they ended up leaving black marks on the car.

  Whoever has bought the voucher, please cancel it immediately and apply for refund Living Social.

  Please don't go ahead with your wash and you will get your car damaged.
