This is technically a dupe but the discount code (EDRTRAVEL) for Woolworths travel insurance still works as I just used it. Also, the quote directly from Woolworths was cheaper than from a comparison website that I tried.

I might get negged for this, but for those who have a credit card, check the benefits of your card as some include travel insurance. I know for my AMEX, VISA and MasterCard; all of them include travel insurance provided the requirements are met.
My 2 cents worth.
but most of the insurance policies come with credit cards will also come with hefty excesses which could cost more than the price of another policy where you can elect to reduce excess to 0. For example: there's a $250 excess for most claims for travel insurance on my amex.
