Spotted this at Harvey Norman Garden City,QLD they had 50% off a range of iphone speaker docks and bluetooth speakers. This is a 12w speaker that will work with any bluetooth enabled device but includes a stand for the 30pin based apple devices. The stand is fairly sturdy but the speaker is not built for music with heavy bass but does have decent volume.

  Do you mean the weight of the bottom of the unit?

  Or do you mean "Bass" as in low frequency sounds?
