  • FYI, from my PC….."Sorry, this offer is not available to you"

    • I fired up a Win 7 VM and get the same problem, they must be filtering on headers. I'll update the deal to say Windows 8.1 required :(

      • I'm installing FireFox and a user agent switcher on the VM to see if I can get around it……

  • my Macbook doesnt have access too

  • Damn…now I have to reinstall that app. Its a shocking app. I reverted back to their windows 7 software

  • Worked ok for me on my Windows 8.1 PC without the app.

    Thanks.

  • Worked fine for me on Windows 8.1 too without the app running. As long as you're running Windows 8.1 it will work in the web browser. It must some how detect the running operating system.

Changed my user agent to IE11 and I was able to add the magazines to my Zinio account on Windows 7.

    Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

    • Confirmed in my win 7 VM, you were 13 minutes ahead of me :)

  • +2

I jumped on browserstack.com from work and set it to Windows 8.1 and IE11. That works :) Got my freebies.

  • The magazines are already being registered available to read onto my account. I might go read the latest Reader's Digest.

  • Sweet. Not my favorite mags good enough, best of all it's FREE. Thanks

I think the best one is PC Magazine if you're into computer mags.

  • Thanks for this although I struggled to pick 6 magazines a freebie's a freebie

  • my win 7 PC also cannot get the access
