    Hey Rep - Can you find out when your PS4's for 2nd shipment pre-orderers is due to arrive? I keep getting told before Christmas, but no final date. I know most stores now have their 2nd shipments (JB HiFi/Harvey Norman/EB Games etc).

      Well, after waiting 2 weeks for a date; I decided to ring Sony myself. They informed me the "2nd shipment" has already been fulfilled to Australia (hence why everywhere else has their 2nd shipment).
      If VP still hasn't received any stock from Sony, I guess it's safe to say the promised "pre-Christmas/2nd shipment" stock is actually 2014 stock.

      Really disappointed.

        Hi charcoal - if you have been told by account coordinator that you will be getting stock from the 2nd shipment then your order will be shipped before christmas. Stock is due to us in the next week. 2nd shipments were all allocated and I can assure you videopro will be receiving stock. All of that stock however has been allocated to pre-orders so any new orders wont be supplied until 2014. Happy to have our coordinator contact you tomorrow

          I haven't been told by an account coordinator (I don't believe?) just one of the staff members in the store I've pre-ordered at that I'm definitely in the 2nd shipment.

          Also, it's great to have the concrete confirmation; out of interest, do you know why your warehouse hasn't received stock yet when most other stores have?

          I've been asking in store and on the live chat over the last week and no one has been able to actually guarantee I'd be getting it before Christmas, so this is great news! Thanks for the update
