Kathmandu Katun Pack 40LT for $59.98 in-Store (OR + $10 Delivery) RRP $199.98

I found and bought this backpack in Kathmandu store, tried it on and feels good. Some of you may need it as well. Better try it first in store before you buy. There are two colours available BLACK/BLUE.

40LT is surely not big enough for global travel, but it's plenty if you just want to spend a few days in Bali, Fiji or NZ.

Kathmandu products have gone downhill. It won't last as long as the older stuff, but will do the job ok. Neutral vote from me

    • Having worked there for 2 years during uni, I can't agree more. 2 words to summarise their products - Over Priced.

  • You can tell from the closeup photo that the straps all look cheap considering the RRP, modest price for the current sale though

Kathmandu RRPs tends to be over inflated, have been for a while now, but still looks like a good pack for the price.

I would not recommend this for a flying/hotel holiday.
This is a top-loader bushwalking pack.

Nothing beats the good old Country Road bag for short travels

bali? wouldnt it be cheaper to just buy bottled water over there instead of paying to bring this thing full of 40L of water in your luggage?
    oops probably off topic.
