Good protected 18650 batteries + Charger

Hello there. I've got a few 18650 compatible torches and am now looking for said batteries and a good charger for them.

Any suggestions?

You can buy genuine Panasonics from Fasttech.com, but they've currently disabled shipping overseas due to some issues they have with HK post.

You could try Deal Extreme but I'm not sure if they will get past customs.

For chargers, try a Nitecore i2 or i4. I bought the i2 (2 bay) from eBay last year for $16 delivered. It only does 2 batteries at a time, but it's dual channel meaning you can choose to charge only 1 battery, or 2 batteries of different types at the same time.
