Saw this today. TV looks good according to the WP thread below. 20+ units on the shelf. Was $189 last month. Would be good for a smallish bedroom, kids area etc. 1080p too!

    yes.. well the rest of that building / center It's in isn't quite finished even.. there's concrete to be rendered, and walls to be painted etc. I don't think anything was going to stop them opening though :p

    Stay away, ALDI electronics are mostly rubbish and if its faulty, good luck on getting it repaired or replaced, the after sales service from the manufacturers is horrid. This has nothing to do with ALDI itself though.

      Blanket statements For the lose.

      Obviously as with any generic gear, you get Rubbish stuff, Great stuff, and everything in between.

      I only posted this because the feedback in the thread I linked to seemed quite positive. For $149, it doesn't have to be brilliant.

      PS. If it's faulty.. you go back to aldi. not sure what's so Horrid about that.
