while mitcheo's looks nearly identical, the one you posted is totally different

Fair call. I should have spent 10 seconds googling, not just 5.

The point still stands that these have been found cheaper (by mitcheo @ Kmart) so how is this a bargain? Oh that's right… if it's at Aldi then it MUST be a bargain.

I saw these at Supercheap. They're rubbish. Maybe personal preference but the ones from Aldi were quite nice. I ended up getting those over the cheap options at Supercheap. Hubcaps from Supercheap though :)

        • you can tell aldis is far superior

          carpet vs. thin rubber mats

          of course carpet is better

    • We just got some for our car. Thanks for the link!

It is cheap, I grabbed a set on Saturday. Do note though, it is small, smaller than I thought when I laid them down. The back seat mats are two tiny pieces, barely cover anything. The front mats are in okay size, just wish it would be a bit bigger. I drive a Lexus sedan so there's the size reference in case you're wondering.

    • Just about the ask, I think 67cm is a bit too small.

I get a giggle out of the fact you drive a Lexus with Aldi floormats :P

    • Th ones in my Pulsar are small just like the ones in the deal (forgot if I bought them from Aldi or SCA) but they are exactly the same look. Bought the plastic ones from Costco for 19.99 on special (from 24.99), for the second car (Corolla). Think the plastic ones are way better in size and utility, especially during the wet season.

Lots of Aldi fanbois here on OzB… how dare we find the same product for cheaper!!

Doesn't seem to offer more than the Kmart ones, plus is cheaper there. And you get the better convenience there e.g. paying with credit card without cost.

Amazing how cheaply things can be made and sold nowadays.

Awesome, thanks. Does anyone know if ALDI will be having specials on any cars in the near future?

  • bought a set on sunday to replace the supercheap auto mats I bought 4 years ago.

agreed with the above comments that the back seat mats are relatively small but all 4 mats fit well into my hyundai tucson

  • Cmon, just put big plastic bags on the floor of your car in true OzBargain fashion!

or on your feet is even better…

  • Says easy to clean. How do you clean mud off it?

    • Says easy to clean. How do you clean yellow cake off it?

  • Thanks for that, they look fine.

  • Don't cars have these already?

    • Nope. If you are buying a new 'standard' car - you need to pay extra for these at the dealership unless the car salesman does you a 'favour'.

Some 2nd hand cars may come with these though.
