1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the trial constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12am AEST on Monday 11th May, 2009 and closes once 1000 entries have been received.
To enter for the promotion, consumers must go online to www.taste.com.au/gravox and tell us in 25 words or less ‘how Gravox makes your family come together at meal times'.
The first 1000 people to register will receive one satchel of either Gravox Gourmet Lamb with Ironbark Honey Liquid Gravy 165g, or Gravox Gourmet Roast Beef with Shiraz Liquid Gravy 165g from the Gravox Gourmet Range, valued at RRP $2.79 AUD. This is a total prize pool value of $2,790.
The cut off number of samples provided is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The samples are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
The samples will be dispatched approximately 14 working days from the conclusion of the promotion i.e. when all 1000 samples have been distributed.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value or flavour of the samples or any event that occurs that is beyond the Promoter's control.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, each entrant also acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of entrants personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including, but not limited to, mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages. The Promoter may share information with its related companies or promotional partners who may contact entrants in this way with special offers.
All entrants must submit ONLY their own original text content. Any such text content cannot be previously published in any forum worldwide. Entries that are found to have been derived from the designs of a third party will be considered invalid and, if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. The Winner may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the text. Without limiting the generality, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached this term. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any sample, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered
