Usually healthy foods are expensive and junk foods are cheap in Australia but
Kellogg's Corn Flakes 380g $1.74 (Save $1.74) is a good deal,
Nabisco Biskit 175g $1.25 @ Supa IGA Vic till 8/12

A little bit high in salt and sugar, but I would not say it is unhealthy.
Nothing wrong with a few carbs to start the day.
Then there is "chicken in a biscuit"- oh dear we were finally forced to rename it.
How about "soylent chykun-flavoured transfat and sodium shapes"?
Good special, BUT Kellogg's Corn Flake ARE definitely not 'healthy' for you. Look at the saturated fats on the box… Then go to the health food aisle and get the Freedom Foods Corn Flakes or like.
If you have no cholesteral issues by all means eat away! :)
WTF? There is none. Almost no fat at all. Its all carbs, protein, and salt.
Ah salt, maybe that's I should have recalled, a high amount of salt.
Happy to be corrected, the real issue is salt (not saturated fats)… Why does Kelloggs need so much salt in a 'healthy' cereal? 10% in a serving is a lot compared with other actually healthy cereals, and when the other 2 meals a day guaranteed have a lot more salt.
I've never been this person until health has become an issue (in my late 30's) but the health food aisle HAS healthier corn flakes - but buyer beware.
But please, I'm not disputing a deal, this is more a consumer alert thing for those with issues (as cakesy mentioned)
Is Corn Flakes that healthy for you?
