Just saw this on FB. Plan ahead..first in best dressed, from Join the Cartell.

We will be giving away 100 mini hampers from gourmet caterers Simmone Logue Fine Food Company and some refreshing CAPI natural fruits sodas. First in first serve.

We will also be setting the mood with the newly released So Frenchy So Chic double album.

      Lol. I don't know how you calculated that but it should depend on what time you expect to be queuing. E.g.

      Que now (11:30am 4/12/13) - 100% chance
      Que an hour before start - ~0.0001%
      Que at start (12pm 6/12/13) - 0%

        You missed the fact that it is a Friday and there is no alcohol in the hamper.

        Given the number of people going for a Friday liquid lunch, then your chances a raised slightly for the 1hr before start.

        Queue now and at start chance remains the same.

          I'd have thought Friday meant more people on the streets and likely available to take up the offer. I like how you indicate alcohol is a major factor too haha.
