Cheapest price I could find locally was for around $650 + Shipping with a serious lack of stock.

I'm not sure how well the $10 rebate works, so I decided to exclude it from the final price.

It also includes Assassin’s Creed IV:Black Flag and Splinter Cell:Black List

  Rebate T&C says "Offer only valid in the US (including Puerto Rico). Rebate Payable in US Dollars for US Residents." You'll likely need a US postal address for them to send the $10 to (in the form of an AMEX Reward Card).
