    That's easy… this one! I say this because I think that this is much more powerful in terms of graphics and processing power. Also you will have access to the android market on this, which gives you endless possibilities. I'm pretty sure it has many more apps then what is available on the surface. The surface might be better for productivity… however if you are looking to buy a tablet for productivity I personally would not even recommend looking at a tablet for a productivity and would recommend a laptop.
