      I dont think they sell the "UGG" brand of boots but the generic "Ugg" boots. Personally I think its wrong to trademark a genre/category to being a brand.

      We do not sell "UGG Australia" Products. "UGG" is only a generic term for "sheepskin boots" in Australia.
      Our logo "EVER UGG" is a Australian registered trademark. We are selling on ozbargain.com.au
      If you walk in any Australian souvenir store, you will find many different brands of UGG Boots.

    Ugg is just a name given for sheep boots but of course the yanks went ahead and trademarked it, calling their brand ugg Australia eventhough they r American company and all their stuff is made from overseas.
