      Go on freelancer/elance and post a project there and you will get offers avg $25-$35 (make sure you list in AUD). Just make sure you are clear on everything you want done. After that, get your domain redirected to the new site with who you registered the domain name with (or include it in the project requirements - but you will have to give them you passwords etc). Job will be done in 1/2 day but may take 24 hours for the redirection to propagate - so leave your old site there for 2 days if you don't want any downtime. Web hosteing sites usually don't assist with these sort of things. Don't let anyone who does the project talk you into paying more money because of problems, talk to them first and make it clear, but if you are using encrypted/licence scripts you may have to be a little flexible on the final price. It can be a little tricky selecting the right person as theyy will all promise you the world, but I can recommend someone who could do it for $30 if its straight forward - if you are interested PM me (you will have to go through freelancer though).

    blkfri ONLY WORKS for 1 year reg. Not worth it imho. I bought a 10 year registration of a .com domain name for $30 when crazydomains had a sale. My biggest regret was not registering more then.
    FYI 4.99 on crazydomains for one year .com now
