Just got a heap but some feedback for the rep.
Forgot password email takes about 20 minutes to send and the page wouldn't work for me. after entering a new password it took me to a 'Your password is wrong' page. So used guest checkout. Address line 2 in mandatory, i don't have one. Just used a -. Tried to pay by AMEX which you say you accept. came back with an error, We don't accept Diners.

Yeah sorry about the Amex thing - we've just changed our payment gateway to support multicurrency and we've had issues moving Amex across - it's only currently working for NZD orders unfortunately :(

Hey Rep. I got some chino shorts (IDF's?) awhile back and the 32's were huge on me (I'm usually size 32/33) - sent back and got size 30's. Which are still pretty big - are the new range closer to correct sizings?
hey there - yeah those older ifd chino shorts were sized too large and have been fixed now to be correct - most should be true to size apart from the catalyst shorts which will fit a bit small
What's the waist sizing on the News Arch Trackies?
Not sure if should get S or M for a 30" waist.

Hey Chaching, we ship with DHL so once it leaves our warehouse it usually takes between 2-3 days. We're usually pretty fast at dispatching orders (unless we need to get stock from a store to fulfill your order) so we should have it out our door Wednesday - so you should have it Friday at latest

there seems to be a sizing issue with IFD Diesel Jeans.. 34in is actually 36inch

shirts were very nice indeed. however i always found their pants sizing to be a little strange. i have ordered 4 pairs, 1 was a bit on the lose side for my size, one was a bit tight, and two "slim" style pants were so tight i couldn't fit into them at all (and i have skinny legs)
I had the same issue. I ordered two regualr fit IFD Cuffed Chino Pants in the correct waist size and they were ulra tight (skinny legs).
I emailed [email protected] and waiting on a response.
So no chance of 30% anymore? :(
