Bad experience with this mob this year. Booked a hotel in Malaysia at one days notice. Stayed there 3 nites yet it was only on the 4th day (day of checkout with only 1 hour remaining) did theb nventory finally reach the hotel stating payment was pre-paid. Any longer I would have had to have paid the hotel directly. Quick to hit your visa (payment was made within 1.5hrs of booking) But of course, at all times, they were covered by there T&C's. Tread carefully
