I couldn't agree more with britts's comment.
I am still dealing with them to deliver my perfume which I ordered on 3rd of April. Its been a month and they have failed to deliver. According to them they posted the parcel but was rejected by my business mail department. To my further investigation with Aust Post I found out they posted to wrong Name.
My advise stay away form them.

i ordered from them couple weeks back and received the perfume with free delivery the next week, absolutely no problems, but i agree there perfume range is VERY limited
ok so i've JUST received an email about another order i made last week…i'm told that they are running out of my ordered item (not that they HAVE run out) and i am to choose an alternative or i can have a refund.
when i ordered there was no indication of the stock running low and now i have been charged…we'll see whether i ever get this refund!!

Sorry Duriankun but don’t push that "Contact us" BS on the ozbargain users. "help you as best we can", this isn’t saying a lot as your support is joke!
I’m amazed away that shopping safari is still operating. I’m sorry, I gave you guys a chance once and it appears many other have as well but you guy consistently fail!
If you pay with Paypal just do the refund with them. Dont wait on Shopping Safari
Duriankun - I see you represent Shopping Safari, As mentioned before I am currently dealing with customer support. If your can help my ticket number is 22573. I have not heard any thing since 30/04/2009 form your Customer Support.
Duriankun, it is obvious that these members are already dealing with customer support and are not happy with the service they are receiving. Maybe you should raise this issue with your company as clearly these negative experiences are thwarting your promotion attempts.
Unfortunately they have a very very small range.
