Hey guys starting the 23rd Big w will have zelda link between worlds for $48. I do not have a link (lol) but it is being advertised in their catalogue. It is even cheaper at video ezy if don't you mind waiting a week or two. It is $2 for delivery or free if you can spend another $20 ($60 total) which should not be too hard with current prices.

They should price match, but if you pre-ordered with the treasure chest pre-order bonus…well I dunno if they'll give that as well when you price match.
EBGames ran out of the treasure chests a while ago after the Kotaku article, it's not advertised anymore, ditto with the gold 3DS XL. I'm sure they'll find some excuse to deny you the bonus with price match.
Does anyone know how the refunding works with preorder bonuses? I'm assuming I don't have to give it back since it's a bonus. Maybe I could say I'll just return the game and purchase elsewhere if they won't pricematch? Is that too cheaply of me? Haha. I got the console too so they should be nice to me. :( Anyway, I'm trying to get firsthand info on whether or not they will pricematch with the bonus.
Yeah you can do that, but judging by the negs it's not really a nice thing to do.
What I would do is refund the difference instead of returning it though.
They will not usually refund and forget the bonus, as most stores will add a $00.01 to the receipt to account for the gift. Also, it's kind of a dick thing to do.
EB games are jerks! I preordered the game whilst the promotion was on and was told by EB staff that i should preorder to ensure i don't miss out!…but guess what…they ran out of chests when I went to pick it up! Not to mention they were extremely rude. Got my deposit refunded out of spite! Never shopping at overpriced EB again! They are probably going to follow GAME soon and shut down if they continue treating customers like crap!
Any chance someone could scan the Big W catalogue. There's a good chance I'll go to an Xbox one midnight opening to grab a console, so if I'm there already I might see if I can get this price matched and save myself a trip the following day.
Release date is 23/11, so at midnight on 21/11 you'd probably be out of luck getting them to break street-date on a Nintendo flagship title.

Agreed. I pre ordered Halo 4 from them & it took a little over a month. That + the few emails I had to send in regards to its where abouts. First & last time I order with them.
