Tresorit is a new Dropbox alternative with client-side encryption.
You can get up to 32.5GB of storage for free (5 for signing up, 5 for using their mobile app, and 22.5 for referring friends) to celebrate the fact that no one's been able to break their security since they invited hackers to try 6 months ago.
Tresorit's biggest selling point is the strong security. Your files and folders are encrypted before they're uploaded to the cloud. The service is also designed to be used quickly and easily by anyone. This makes it a great tool for storing both family photos and your sensitive business docs as well.
To get technical about it:
Files are encrypted with AES-256 before being uploaded to the cloud. Additional security is provided before upload by HMAC message authentication codes applied on SHA-512 hashes. Encrypted files are uploaded to the cloud using TLS-protected channels.
