  Hey rep, I recently placed an order for a jacket and a jumper, both in XS size. I've received the order, and while the jacket fits perfectly, the jumper looks and feels like an XXL.. I've sent an email, but haven't received a reply yet, could you chase it up for me?

    They sent me a shirt in the wrong size once. I sent them an email, and I was promptly sent a replacement free of charge, plus I could keep the original shirt as well! Excellent service.
