We're(Camerahouse) selling the tz40 for $379 with case and a 8gb card. Might get it a little cheaper if you come in store to negotiate.
Most places, jb hifi, bingers, harvey, is selling it for $369 (camera only)

but if you think about it, the case and card should prolly work out a bit cheaper than $330, and if you manage to negotiate the $379 down, you could end up with a sweet package.
If you have the previous model, S110, this isn't a worth upgrade I suppose. You could save more than $100 if you import from HK. :)

yar i think… there isn't much difference either , biggest ones id say is the addition of GPS, HDR, better battery
backlit sensor, small gains tho
