It looks like Codito Development is having a sale with most titles reduced to 99c. They publish iOS versions of some top boardgames, notably several of Reiner Knizia's games and Le Havre.
Reviews of most of these are on Board Game Geek.

Thanks for this, been waiting for a price reduction on Tigris & Euphrates in particular (so that I can see what the fuss is about).

I own Le Harve and can definitely recommend it. Very good strategy game.

    IAPs are expansions. The game is worth $10.49, as hard to believe as that is. Well, if it is if you enjoy board games.
