      I think that's a pretty outstanding record actually (unless you were being sarcastic?) and shows, IMO, the company goes the extra mile for customers.

      Unfortunately feedback on ebay doesn't expose fakes very well as the 60 day feedback period isn't long enough for shoes to fall apart. Too hard too tell a fake unless you have a non-fake to compare it against.

      I had an instance once where even the seller didn't realise he was selling fakes.
