I'd prefer to not have retail for Steam.
Pretty sure you need Steam to activate it anyway regardless of whether you bought a retail or digital copy.
The install spans over 4 dvd discs (35gb install), trust me you want retail for this game.
Why? I can download that on Steam overnight without an issue?

I've used CJS keys a lot in the past and they're instant delivery and you permanently have access to a photo of the cd key attached to your account (not that its necessary if its already loaded to steam)

Yes, the preorder I bought came with the free fall map. Not sure if this one does now, but they seem pretty attentive in the Q&A tab if you were to ask.

If you can wait till 18Nov, Kogan is selling them at AUD61. Given the exchange rate, you're just paying a couple of dollars more for a retail box, with discs, etc.
