Consists of a 250gb E Xbox 360 and HDMI cable with optical output.

Unsure if Halo 4 and Tomb Raider are included though they're in the product photo.

EDIT: and in all honesty (well depending on your budget) Arkham Origins and BF4are surely worth $40 extra.

how does that HDMI cable provide optical output? I've only seen powered splitter boxes that are capable of getting audio out of the HDMI stream and providing optical output. Any ideas?
