i suspect these are the smaller sized ones, not full size, could be wrong though? thats alot of icecream eitehr ways,

  You suspect wrong. The 4x packs are 475ml. This 24x pack is 2850ml. Do the maths. Exactly the same size.

You'd probably get a bit jack of vanilla drumsticks towards the bottom of the box though. They are a bit plain.
