Since posting this I feel the company rep/s have provided adequate responses to the issues in question. Many people have reported receiving their orders so the previous issues/questions I listed here are mostly not relevant. If you have any issues see below for their contact details.

      I have from BulkNutrients, Nox V3 from Bulk Powders, and… that's about it.
      Still waiting for my Penrite brake fluid >=[ (I'm not going to drink it but it's another sample I never received)

    • Information about the samples will be sent out soon. As you have probably read some people have been unhappy with our flavours. We are deciding if we are going to continue to offer a newer flavour range or if we are going to go back to selling pure supplements as we originally did. As soon as we decide if we are going to continue to offer flavoured WPI or not we will either update people when they will receive samples of the new flavoured range or if they would like to try the pure supplements. We respect all SPAM and Privacy laws and will not use any details from the sample orders and can assure people their information is only used for these purposes.

    thanks for the warning…i have also raised paypal dispute as my order hasnt been delivered - its been more than 3 weeks since order..

    I believe a few people have received their packages from their 20% off sale but thats about it.
    I don't think it's a scam but they were overly ambitious with the amount of samples they were giving out. They should have waited to honour their previous deal before going ahead with it. Even then, they should have had a sample limit.
    I think you'll end up getting your paid orders but you'll just have to keep waiting. It doesn't look like they've even shipped the samples yet at all so don't expect it to come anytime soon.

    • Yes we are ambitious and we have had a lot of teething issues. However we are determined to provide everyone with what we have offered. Also a lot more than a few people have received their orders with the number being in the thousands. We dispatch 100+ orders per day and with some days being close to 500. We are sorry for the the people waiting however the response from OzBargain and Reddit is more than we could have ever imagined.

      • A phishing website is a website that tries to fool a visitor in to being a company that it is not. Evulse.com is its own brand and resembles nothing like any other company name. When it was active and maintained it was one of the leading brands in its industry.

    Jesus H Christ I'm still waiting on an order I made 9 days ago from these guys and they haven't got through the samples yet? FFS … probably last time I order despite their excellent prices, I've got a body to maintain and I can't wait around for people like this.

    • me too, ordered mine on the 9/10, still havent recieved anything!

    • All we can say is if you have a tracking number keep checking it, you should receive updates. If you haven't received a tracking number your order might be still in progress or it is being sent via another service due to it being outside of our couriers delivery network. In the last case you should receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.

  • Customer posted on Facebook that had received an email stating their order had been sent using Fastway Couriers, but I rang Fastway Couriers in Melbourne today who advised me they have no record of Bulk Proteins as a customer.
    My order supposedly dispatched 18 October still not received. No tracking number or despatch details provided. Credit card debited 11 October. No response to my emails.

    • Yes we use Fastway Couriers. We are definitely a customer and we are integrated with their Fast Label service reserved for large volume customers. We have had instances of orders being manifested and not always dispatched however when this happens the guys end up with spare labels and trace down the orders as soon as possible.

    • Yes we have found our flavoured range to have very mixed feedback. We developed it to our tasting and wanted to move away from supplements that were so rich in flavour and have quickly found that this isn't what a lot of people wanted.

      • To your tasting? Your previous business was an e-commence/web site design company. What experience do you have in the health food/supplement industry?

        More like you bought 100KG of unflavored protein and thought you could just add some random amount of flavoring you sourced without any testing what-so-ever. I'm imagining the unflavored protein in a bucket/plastic bin and then you adding an unspecified amount of powered flavoring, stirring with a big woooden spoon -_-.

        So best scenario after waiting a month (or more), I receive my protein that tastes terrible and won't mix properly? I also have major concerns about contamination and health/safety of the product.

        Warning to people who purchased via paypal. You only have up to 45 days from the order being placed to raise a dispute with paypal for a refund. As many of us are coming up to 30 days, time is running out!

        How are you dealing with refund requests? (Well you aren't)
        1. People who have waited weeks and want to cancel their order?
        2. People who have received (the 3 people) their order and are not satisfied?

          I do come from an e-commerce background and my specialty is in that, however the rest of the team are not.

          We are an Australian company and as such we are governed by Australian Laws covering food preparation, food labeling and other well developed standards. Anyone involved in our manufacturing process are required to wear gloves, hair nets and follow other hygiene standards. I'm not involved in the manufacturing and even I have a Certificate in Food Preparation so that I also understand the requirements.

          As for the refunds, anyone who wants to cancel their order is welcome to as long as it is not currently in transit or has already been delivered. We have processed all refund requests we have currently received. As for people who are not satisfied with the product they are more than welcome to contact us and we will resolve on a case to case basis and have already been doing so.

    24 day waiting and still nothing.. Received a consignment Email from Fastway with no tracking number or label or reference number just my name and address on the 28th. STILL NOTHING. I've pretty much waved good buy to my money. Tho i'll put in a paypal request anyhoo. They say 1000's of people have received their orders but only 2 or 3 have actually listed here they have got them.. SUS..

      We have found that the orders that have processed through Fastway with out a tracking number are addresses not covered by our Couriers. We have had to manually reprocesses all of these and they are being dispatch today and tomorrow. As for the people who have received their orders I don't think they come back to the original deals as they are not looking for additional information on their orders.

      • TBH I call it Crap That after ordering on the 12th that the item still hasn't arrived. Tho apparently 1000's have been sent out. 5 days will be a month. At this stage I would expect a full refund but that's never going to happen. I have paid for it to be delivered within 3 days. Still no response via email for over a week now.

  • What the F*CK is happening to BULKPROTEIN website, I never receive their sample and I ordered 5kg of WPI 2 weeks ago, and i haven got it for now. I emailed them 3 days ago to ask about my patch. Today I decided to contact them and visit their website. Their website is gone now. Did i just lost my $130 for a crap company. I paid it with my credit card. how can i get refund ??

    • Website is currently up for me however I understand your frustration.

      Also received no response to two queries, definitely not the way to win customers that will return.

      I've therefore opened a PayPal dispute.
