We've arranged with our suppliers to ship stock to us using FedEx, and will receive stock between 5th to 6th Nov, which we'll then promptly send out to our customers.

Express post costs $8.90, so total would be $65.85 to get it ideally before the 7th, is that right?
Also which country are these sourced from?
Our express post option is only $5.90 (cost price from AusPost), making the total $62.85. The more expensive option is registered post which also includes insurance.
You can expect it to arrive on the 7th if you choose express, possibly the 6th if FedEx gets the shipment to us before 4pm.
We are sourcing these games from two different suppliers to ensure that we can meet demand, and they are from Asia and Europe. Both suppliers have agreed to use FedEx to ship to us as soon as the game launches.
If you're worried about compatibility, we guarantee that our products are 100% Australia compatible, including future DLC releases and bonus content. If you're not satisfied with the product you receive, we'll offer you a full refund + return postage cost.
Pal, ntsc or ntsc j?
Some older tvs will not display ntsc and eb games may not take ntsc as trade ins
We will have both PAL (UK) and NTSC-J (ASIA) versions of the game. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of orders that we'll have to process, we can't guarantee that you'll get a PAL version specifically.
We understand that some of our customers would like specific versions of games, so we offer a 30 day refund period if you're not happy with what you've received.
As stated above, we're 100% certain that it'll work on Australian consoles; meaning the language of the game will be in English, full access to Australian online servers, and access to all DLCs released.
Where is the wiiu version

Unfortunately we don't offer pick up at this time due security concerns.
In terms of discount, the best I can offer is free registered post and maybe throw in a few freebies. We're already the cheapest seller worldwide on eBay for physical copies of this game.

I got a notification that it was sent on Tuesday with a tracking number, but nothing.
The tracking number says no events. Hopefully I will get it this week, as it should have been delivered yesterday.

I can confirm that most (99.9%) of our orders left the warehouse on Wednesday morning. The auto notification was sent when our night staff scanned the pacels as they were packed into the AusPost mail bags awaiting collection, which happened on Melbourne Cup eve.
I believe that all express orders should reach their owners by today latest, with regular mail arriving early next week. If you haven't received your order by next week, please let me know.
As with the tracking number, some parcels do not get scanned until it reaches the local sorting center (I have no idea why), and some might not be scanned at all! We are currently working with a courier company to see if we can strike a deal to move away from AusPost and provide close to real-time tracking for all orders.
The freebies should arrive at the same time but in different parcels as I sent them personally :)
Hey there!
Received both my copies today. Pop in the disc into my ps3, loads up, updated the game.
Tried to get the free fall map and it says "code invalid" on both copies. sad face
What do I do?
Seems like the Ps3 copies were NTSC copies which require US accounts, not happy at all especially since I wanted my $10 discount for ps4 on my AUS account.
It is possible to obtain the upgrade and enjoy it on your PS4 AUS account.
