I'm thinking of getting another pair of Nike Pegasus+ 29 (grey, black or red). I've done 600+ km in these shoes and they still look like new.

Also here is an interesting find - Li Ning shoes from just 15 quid. Li-Ning is one of the leading athletic brands in China and apparently their running shoes are quite good.

    I have the Air Pegasus 25. Done probably 1000+ km in various terrain and weather over 5 years and they look absolutely wrecked. Everything is frayed, torn or scarred. The laces, after being freshly washed, are more grey than white. The insole had worn down to nothing about 3 years in - I replaced them with $40ish orthotics from the chemist, which are still going strong.

    Would I buy the 29 for $80 delivered? Yeah I guess. Probably more suited to people buying their first pair of (street) running shoes.

    Pegasus are one of the most comfortable runners i have worn. Usually get them from Nike factory outlet for about $100-120 but always gotta be careful they are not defected. This is a good price. I've heard Kayanos are good too but wear quickly and Mizunos last a bit longer - both are a lot dearer. Haven't tried Nike Vomero or Lunarglide.
