Wow, seems like a pretty good price for a 8.9in netbook. The few negatives I can see are the lack of integrated bluetooth, low capacity SSD HDD, and three-cell battery (though I guess having the SSD+flash storage would give better battery-life from the three-cell versus using a traditional HDD).
Also, the RAM configuration of 2x512MB means that the internal slot is already used so you'll need to discard 512MB if you want to upgrade the RAM. That's not to mention that there is no easy-access RAM cover - you'll have take apart the netbook to access the slot (though 1GB on WinXP home should be sufficient for most people).
Lastly, I've never used/owned an Acer, but I've heard people say bad things about their build quality.
Regardless, at this price it is still pretty tempting :)
