Bought this today from Dick Smith in store (Browns Plains) for $99 with $100 off. Came home and found this deal on their online store as well. Thought that's a decent deal. Been playing with it for a couple of hours now. The built quality is on par with other brand names in similar price range. The sound is not too bad but not impressive either. But works fine for my needs.
I probably would have been put off by these reviews had I seen them earlier. Now having played with it for a while, I can see where they are coming from. For example, I need a couple of tries to line it up with the docking station to charge. But you know it's charging when the LED lit up. I personally consider that as a trivial issue for a otherwise well designed headphone. It's well worth $99 IMO.

As these transmit at a frequency of 2.5Ghz, you may find that they interfere with your standard wifi signal.
Not a problem if you only use higher band wifi.
